Ms. Rikard's Teaching Philosophy

"In learning you will teach, and in teaching you will learn." This is an important quote as part of my philosophy, because not only is my primary goal helping the student learn and grow as a person, but there will be so many occasions when the students will enrich my life as well.

About Me

I am a 20 year old, Arkansas native. I have a love for all things science! I love spending time with my friends and family, when I'm not working of course. I work two jobs, as a cashier, and as a mental health paraprofessional. I am going to school for social work. I would like to work with kids living with mental illnesses in a school setting. This blog was created for my K12 Ed Tech class, as a teacher posting things for students and parents to view. This blog will be full of fun and informational things that are here to help the student as well as the parent!
